Traffic cops warn man against throwing roses
Traffic police intercepted a love-struck Romeo who threw a rose out of his car every kilometer on an expressway in Hubei province on Monday.
Wang, 26, bought 999 roses and threw one out every kilometer on the 1,000-km expressway from Hunan to Henan province to propose marriage to his lover.
