Man held for duping stock investors
Police in Lanzhou, capital of Gansu province, arrested a man who allegedly cheated investors using fake stock-exchange websites on Monday.
The accused, surnamed Su, a native of Fujian province, worked three fake websites from his rented apartment in Lanzhou with the only intention of duping investors.
