Man detained for trying to get couple arrested
Shanghai cops arrested a resident after he made repeated phone calls to a police station since February falsely accusing a couple of running a prostitution racket.
Ge wanted to take revenge after the couple from Anhui province quarreled with him over a trivial matter.
