The four-core MSC8154 processor introduced by Freescale delivers 4 GHz performance and is available for AMC (advanced mezzanine card) board solutions and includes a 3G-LTE code library.
The MSC8154 processor - a low-power version of Freescale's award-winning, high-performance MSC8156 digital signal processor (DSP) - is designed to add a variety of price, power and throughput options to Freescale's portfolio of high performance DSPs based on StarCore technology.
