Quanjude Group introduces creative mooncakes this year. Duck giblet, duck liver is made into mooncakes with crisp wrappings. Fengzeyuan Restaurant makes sea cucumber mooncakes, and Sichuan Fandian Restaurant introduces kongpao mooncake. The mooncakes are made to be healthy, and as such are moderately sweet or salty.
