Redknapp raves about unstoppable Defoe

HULL, England: Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp believes Jermain Defoe is in the form of his life after the England striker's hat-trick destroyed Hull.

Defoe's treble and goals from Wilson Palacios and Robbie Keane inspired Redknapp's team to 5-1 win at the KC Stadium on Wednesday.

Stephen Hunt briefly offered Hull a lifeline when he made it 2-1 but Spurs' victory was never in doubt as the north London team went top of the Premier League.
