Harbin's Olympic bid
China's high-ranking sports officials will come to Harbin to evaluate the feasibility of the city's bid for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, failed to make the shortlist for the 2010 Games which will be held in Vancouver in February.
