Nineteen-year-old Wang Jiexing clutches her first earnings from the Panjiayuan Antique Market.

She has made 227 yuan ($32) not from selling antiques but from sharing her personal collections in a flea market. After four hours of hard bargaining under the sun, she is no longer shy to shout and bring attention to her wares.

"This is definitely a highlight of my summer vacation. I thought it would be fun to do some selling, but now I think it's more fun to meet other people. I don't care how much money I earn as long, as others appreciate my collection," she says.
