DPRK officials meet US governor

SANTA FE, New Mexico: Two DPRK diplomats were in Santa Fe and would meet with Governor Bill Richardson yesterday.

A spokesman for Richardson said a delegation from the DPRK mission to the United Nations would be at the governor's mansion for a daylong meeting but the topic was not disclosed.

The DPRK side had requested the visit, but the governor's office said Richardson would not be negotiating nor would he be representing the Obama administration.
