Landlords crammed in with tenants in half a building

A family is living in half of a four-story building with their tenants in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, since last June.

The owner constructed the building with his cousin in 1993; each of them owns half of the building. But a few years ago, the cousin reached on an agreement with a land developer to redevelop the complex and moved out. Failing to reach an agreement with the developer, the man decided to stay and are now stuck living with his tenants after the other half of the building was demolished last year.
