Woman, desperate for cash, sells baby girl

A woman sold her adopted baby girl to make some cash in Xiamen, Fujian province.

Huang, 40, and her husband Tang, 35, adopted a 6-month-old girl in May. But their factory jobs paid very little and earlier this month, Huang sold the baby to a friend for 4,600 yuan ($673). Tang found out what happened and called the police. The baby was sent to an orphanage.
