G.I.JOE: The Rise of Cobra looks set to win over audiences with its stunning special effects and booming audio, the latter shown to notable effect in one scene showing the destruction of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Starring Dennis Quaid, Marlon Wayans and Sienna Miller as your favorite characters from the classic Hasbro toy line, the movie begins with the theft of a warhead containing microscopic machines that are capable of destroying a small city. The ensuing plot revolves around the quest to retrieve said warhead from a dangerous arms dealer, which requires special forces operatives Duke and Ripcord to team up with G.I.Joe, the US government's top-secret military defense division.
