Man, 72, refuses to fall for popular lottery scam

A 72-year-old man in Wuhan, Hubei province, is proud he has never fallen victim to the fake lottery winner scam that has gone around the world over the years.

Over the past year, the man has received 25 letters, each informing him he had won a car. But to receive the prize he would first have to submit a certain amount of money as "service charges".
