Compensation raised

The local government has decided to raise the compensation to the black lung sufferers from Central China's Hunan province from 30,000 yuan to a minimum 70,000 yuan, which will go to black lung patients at first stage, said their representative Xu Zhihui.

The compensation for patients at the second stage is 100,000 yuan while for the third stage is 130,000 yuan.
