Bridging the divide
The Handshake that Changed the World (Woshou Gaibian Shijie De Rizi) is a 10-episode documentary on how China and America established diplomatic relations and will be broadcast by Guangdong TV this month.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Sino-American diplomatic relations. The documentary not only records the two countries' efforts to build up relations, but also exchanges in the following 30 years.
