WTO case against EU

China launched its first trade dispute against the European Union on Friday, complaining that anti-dumping duties imposed on imported Chinese screws and bolts are discriminatory and protectionist. The dispute is the first launched by China at the global trade watchdog against the EU, which Beijing named as one of the most frequent users of anti-dumping measures against China.
