Mum knows best

The chefs at Turkish Mum try to justify their claim that: "Mum's cooking is the best in the world". If they are not there, they're getting close, by offering reasonably priced, home-style Turkish food in a clean and quiet atmosphere.
The Halal restaurant actually has two "mums": a smiling Chinese manager, and a Turkish chef whose daughter and son are studying in Beijing. Ning Chunping, the Chinese manager, believes Turkish cuisine is a great representative of Halal cuisine.
Start a meal here with a typical Turkish soup: fish, beef, chicken and mushroom, or lentil. The classic bulgur lentil soup (20 yuan) tastes light, natural, and smooth.
