Man on trial for raising 15 m yuan for lottery
The Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court is hearing the case of a man who illegally raised more than 15 million yuan ($2,195,904) to buy lottery tickets.
By November 2006, Xiao Xuhong had blown away all the money he had raised, except 1.4 million yuan worth of dividends he had distributed.
