Duo fined for stealing dog for bitch on heat
A Beijing court recently fined a woman and her younger brother 1,000 yuan ($146) for stealing a male dog to mate with their own pet.
The brother-sister duo was found guilty of stealing a 3,000-yuan purebred chow from the city's Chaoyang district.
