Man gets life for killing lover wanting to marry

A man in Youyang county, Chongqing municipality, was last Saturday sentenced to life in prison for killing a woman he had an extra marital affair with in 2002.

Ma, a married man from Guantian village, met the woman in Pingyang county, Zhejiang province, where he had migrated for work. The woman was married too but wanted to divorce her husband to tie the knot with Ma.
