Police trainees shocked as thief blades own head

Two police college students from Luzhou, Sichuan province, got a first hand experience of the big bad world when a thief they were chasing cut his head bloody and blamed it on them on Wednesday.

The 19-year-olds surnamed Luo and Long, in Chongqing for work during their summer vacations, were traveling in a bus when Luo realized he was missing his mobile phone.
