Usain 'disappointed' by Ronaldo move

China Daily | Updated: 2009-07-17 08:09

PARIS: Cristiano Ronaldo's high-profile transfer from Manchester United to Real Madrid left the world's fastest man, an avid fan of the English giants, "disappointed".

But Usain Bolt insisted he had faith in United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

"I'm a bit disappointed he left the club because he's definitely a great player," Bolt said of the Portuguese international winger who joined Real for 94 million euros. "I like watching him play because he's very skilful. But I'm not worried. We have a great side still at Manchester United and I think we'll do well this season.
