GEB likely in October
China's capital-thirsty startups might get listed on the NASDAQ-style growth enterprise board (GEB) at the end of October, a senior official with the securities watchdog said.
"We will begin receiving the applications at the end of the month, and it will take about two to three months to review the materials. So, the first-batch of companies may get listed at the end of October or in November," Yao Gang, vice-chairman with the China Securities Regulatory Commission said at a GEB training meeting in Beijing yesterday.
