Man detects newspaper thief on camera

A man in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, installed a surveillance camera outside his house after accusing the postman of not delivering the newspaper regularly and found that his neighbor stole it every morning.

A frustrated Zhao, 50, phoned the newspaper delivery station and accused the delivery boy of failing to drop off his morning newspaper.
