Setting sail for Taiwan
Six hundred and thirty tourists yesterday boarded the first direct mainland-Taiwan liner at Fuzhou city's Mawei port in Fujian province. The 186-meter-long sumptuous and multifunctional cruise ship, New Golden Bridge II, serves a maximum of 731 passengers and takes about 10 hours to arrive in Kelung harbor in Taiwan.
