Envoy arrives for talks

China's top nuclear envoy has arrived in the Republic of Korea as part of diplomatic efforts to revive the stalled talks on ending Pyongyang's nuclear program.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei arrived in Seoul yesterday after visiting Russia, the US and Japan to discuss the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's nuclear development with his counterparts as soon as today.
