Metro store expansion

German self-service wholesaler Metro Cash & Carry said it plans to open four new wholesale stores this year in China. The new stores would be in Kunshan, Changshu, Cixi and Hangzhou.

The company said it plans to have a network of 42 wholesale stores across China by the end of this year. Tino Zeiske, president, Metro Cash & Carry China said Metro will continue to invest and grow in the coming years in China.
