Patriotic docu films

The 6th annual Chinese Documentary Festival goes to Taishan, Guangdong province, in mid-October. As one of the events celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, the main theme this year is: "Proud of Motherland".

Directors and producers from the NaturVision Film Festival, the International Women's Film Festival, and the Al Jazeera International Documentary Film Festival will join Chinese film professionals to discuss the shooting and production of documentary films. The festival will also give awards and recommend films for inclusion at international documentary film festivals.
