Foes to meet Arias

Ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya and interim Honduran leader Roberto Micheletti have accepted Costa Rican President Oscar Arias as a mediator in talks this week. The appointment of Arias, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, was announced yesterday by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton after she met privately with Zelaya in Washington. Zelaya was ousted last month in a coup.
