After 40 prank calls, police show up with cuffs
The 40th call turned out to be the unlucky one for a man in the Shenzhen special economic zone, Guangdong province, who was arrested for making prank calls to a police hotline.
Every time he called, he said he was guilty of a crime and wanted to surrender to a female police officer
