Expo court convening

A special tribunal will be set up in January to deal with most civil and commercial legal cases connected to the Shanghai World Expo Site, the Shanghai municipal high people's court has announced.

The Pudong district people's court will deal with criminal, intellectual property rights-related and administrative cases, said Shen Zhixian, executive vice president of the court.
