Hospital pays 8,000 for using photos of midget
A midget in Chongqing municipality was paid 8,000 yuan after he sued a hospital that posted his photos on a board without his permission.
The midget, 11, went to see a doctor at the hospital in July 2006. The hospital took photos of the midget and last year, the patient found his pictures on the hospital's welcome board.
