Love story with a bite

Sip a glass of wine, and watch your food sizzle on a teppanyaki plate right in front of you, as you take in a beautiful lake view - all at the Shang Shi Teppanyaki & Caf (赏时铁板烧) located at Shunyi's Roma Lake.

The eatery has a beautiful love story behind it: the owner, a young Chinese man from Hebei province, followed his girlfriend to Beijing and opened this restaurant to prove his love for her.

Although the two have never been to France, they designed the place according to their conception of what a romantic place should look like. The result is pleasing as what one sees is an elegant, spacious and comfortable joint.
