Landslide kills six

Six people are dead and another is missing after rains triggered a landslide in central China's Hunan province on Thursday. The landslide happened in Shuangfeng County, which received 100 mm of rain, a county government official said in a statement on Friday.

The landslide toppled at least two homes in Shiniu Village, killing a family of four and leaving another villager missing. Two more deaths were reported in the neighboring towns of Santangpu and Heye.
