Man held for road accident
The speeding driver involved in a deadly road crash that killed four South Korean women and a local taxi driver early this month was arrested on Monday.
Traffic police said that a man surnamed Zhang, a native from Anhui province, must shoulder major responsibility for the accident and that speed was a contributing element.
