Landslide leaves one dead

One person was killed and two others are missing yesterday after a rainstorm hit southwest China's Chongqing municipality causing landslides and a slag heap to collapse.

Rescuers were digging through the slag heap in Hechuan district of Chongqing yesterday, searching for two men who were buried during the rainstorm, said officials from the district government.
