New naval exchange

The first International Naval Midshipmen Week was launched yesterday at Dalian Naval Academy as a major effort to promote exchanges between Chinese and foreign navies. As part of the event, eight students from German, Japanese and South Korean military academies and 16 students of Dalian Naval Academy will spend a week together. Established on November 22, 1949, Dalian Naval Academy is the first of its kind of the People's Liberation Army.
