Time for college apps

Besides taking the NCEE test, applying to universities and deciding on majors is another major task facing college aspirants and their families. Except for those in Beijing and Shanghai, who submitted their applications in May, graduates in other provinces will be filling in their forms in the coming weeks, based on estimated scores or after the release of final results.

The timetable for the release of exam results and matriculation cut-off percentages varies from province to province. Students in Beijing, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Jilin and Guizhou provinces can now check their scores online or by telephone. Other regions are expected to announce the results from June 24 to 28.
