Police nab fugitive using another criminal's identity

A fugitive was arrested in Jinghong, Yunnan province, 10 years after he killed two people because he used the wrong person's information to obtain a driver's license.

Miao Jun, formerly of Guanghan, Sichuan province, killed a couple in 1999 and then escaped to Yunnan. In 2005, Miao used the household information of a man named Yi Jun, also of Guanghan, to obtain a false driver's license.
