Shadow play of duck legend

Quanjude Peking Roast Duck's Qianmen branch had the story of its duck performed by shadow play artists for the first time this week, to mark the chain's 145th anniversary. Quanjude's Peking roast duck technique and banquet preparation are both intangible cultural heritage, as are shadow plays. This one will be staged regularly at Qianmen Quanjude until July 27. 6511-2418
