Homeowners stake out and nab serial burglar
Some homeowners in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, took matters into their own hands and caught a thief who broke into several of their homes.
They spotted a suspicious man on Tuesday afternoon and tracked him to a house where he tried to break the windowpane. They jumped on him and called police.
