Arrests over cats' deaths

Officials in a Miami-area village say police have made arrests in a recent string of gruesome cat deaths.

A spokesman for the village of Palmetto Bay said in a statement that the Miami-Dade Police Department began making arrests on Saturday night. Village spokesman Bill Kress said police had issued multiple warrants, and scheduled a news conference yesterday morning.
