Police: walking dog on highway a hazardous idea
A driver was fined 200 yuan and some points were deducted from his license after he stopped on a highway so his girlfriend can walk their dog on the side of the highway.
Traffic police stopped the slow moving car in Xinxiang, Henan province, on Wednesday.
