Police nab car thief stuck in heavy traffic jam

A crook who stole a car was arrested after he became a victim of traffic congestion.

Cui, the car owner, alerted police that his car was stolen in Tianjin and that it had a GPS tracking device installed. Police traced the car to a highway in neighboring Lulong, Hebei province, and found the thief was still inside the car, stuck in traffic.
