Workers feared dead
Five workers trapped for more than 20 hours in a subsea pipeline that flooded off Hainan province are more than likely dead, authorities said yesterday.
"The possibility of their survival is almost zero," said Lin Beichuan, secretary general of the city government of Haikou, at a press conference yesterday.
