Residents growl at locksmith's inflated price
Residents in a housing estate were critical of a locksmith who tried to overcharge an elderly woman in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, on Monday.
She called the locksmith after her 72-year-old husband surnamed Wu accidentally locked the toilet in the morning.
