Palidan Tu'ersun knew little about art when she transferred to Xingzhi New Citizens Primary School, a migrant children's school in Beijing's suburbs, two years ago. One day she passed by a classroom and was dazzled by dozens of students immersed in painting, sculpting and other handicrafts.
