Vendor captures cigarette thief 11 years later
A disabled vendor in Dalian, Liaoning province, recognized the man who stole 2,000 yuan worth of cigarettes from her 11 years ago and asked police to arrest him.
The 60-year-old woman, surnamed Zhang, has a crippled leg and has been making a living by selling cigarettes ever since her husband died 20 years ago.
