Visiting Shennong Valley National Park's Taoyuan Cave is like playing a life-sized game of Chutes and Ladders along a string of mountain waterfalls. Traversing the obstacle course constructed over the 2.3-km scenic route in Hunan province's Yanling county means swinging on suspended logs, bouncing on dangling tires and balancing on tightropes spanning alpine cascades.
