Chaplin impersonator wants to crinkle plastic

A man dressed up as the famous silent comic actor Charlie Chaplin to encourage people in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, to be more environmentally conscious.

He distributed posters on Monday that urged shoppers outside a meat and vegetable bazaar to reduce or avoid plastic bags.
